Don't fret, we're here to guide you. Your evaluation will tell us where you need to start and will give you credit for what you already know and have accomplished. Remember, our goal is the same as yours: success.

BEGINNER OR EXPERT?

Is finding Body by Cathy the first step you have ever taken towards weight-loss and fitness? Are you embarrassed or scared? Don't know how or where to start? Take your first step today and contact us. Your journey will begin with the Jumpstart programme and progress to the Live Fit programme as you graduate each level. 

If you're already an expert in nutrition and have been exercising for years, but you've plateaued, simply can't lose the last bit of stubborn fat or aren't seeing the changes you want in your body, then you will most likely skip the Jumpstart programme and head straight to the Weight-Loss programme or even the Get Lean programme. If you're training for a marathon, we can create a Performance programme just for you. Remember, we're here to help you reach your goals, no matter where you start.
