You’ve already done much of the hard work to develop muscle tone, strength and symmetry, but you’re not stage ready until you’ve perfected your poses. If it looks simple, that’s due to a lot of practice, but don’t worry, we have experts to show you every trick.
Posing should be started the moment you decide to compete. Often people leave it to the last minute and it shows in their routines. You can take the best physique to the stage, but if you do not hit your poses and you are not confident, then it’s the difference between winning 1st place to coming 2nd, or worse, not even placing.
Workshops will include all bikini and figure poses, all styles, from every major fitness federation. Workshops for men will be taught by a male coach. Each session will be tailored to each participant, regardless of experience. Even regular competitors need refreshers to strengthen their poses and avoid bad habits.
